We are greedy pigs in maths lessons
To develop mental addition we have played greedy piggy in class today. It got the children thinking about mental addition strategies, as well as showing them that they do not need to rely on written calculations.
The rules are simple.
You need two dice (0-9)
You roll both dice and add up the total.
Your aim is to get as close to 150 as possible.
You cannot write any calculations down.
If you go above 150 then you lose the round.
